Service Description

Maintenance Plan For Wash Wax & Interior + Wash, Machine Polish & Interior + Wash, Machine Polish, Ceramic Coating & Interior: The process is the same but the products used differ, it depends on whether or not your car was finished with a wax or ceramic coating. Interior: - Rubbish - Mats, Liners & Carpets - Boot, Footwells & Roof Liner - Seats - Dashboard, Centre Console, Air Vents Steering Wheel, Sun Visors & Pedals - Glovebox, Cup Holders, Door Pockets & Other Compartments - Doors, Boot & Trim - The Finishing Touches pH Safe 7-Step Decontamination Wash Process: - Pre Wet - Snow Foam - Bug Removal - Wheels & Brakes - Degreasing/Tar - Iron Fallout (Every 3-6 Washes) - 3 Bucket Shampoo Wash - Drying Phase - Wax Or Ceramic Sealant Applied - Dressing The Trim - Tyre Dressings - The Finishing Touches Pre Inspection Form sent to you via email which will contain: - Tyre depth - Any damage or wear and tear found on the vehicle - Additional comments


Cancellation Policy

You are able to cancel or re-schedule your service free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Less than 24 hours notice will unfortunately result in a 25% cancellation fee. If you cancel your service within 60 minutes of the start time, you will then be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If we are delayed or are expecting to arrive late by more than 10 minutes from the start time of your appointment then we shall try to contact you and inform you of this delay, if we are delayed and expect to arrive over 60 minutes late from the original start time of your appointment then we will contact you, inform you of the issues and then offer one of the three options. The first option is to carry on with the appointment if viable to both you and the mobile valet, the second is to offer you the ability to re-schedule your appointment for another free time slot, the third option being a full refund.
